LONDON Chi/Yoga Triathlon

Our Yoga Triathlon is a collective experience that consists of Chi Running, yoga and meditation. Yoga Triathlon invites you to a day of shared laugther, inspiration and generosity to bring out the best of you in the spirit of community. We get together for a 1-hour guided Chi Run that is suitable for beginners to serious marathon runners followed by a fresh juice of your choice and some healthy vegan snacks before we cool down with some rewarding yoga and meditation.
