LONDON Chi/Yoga Triathlon

Our Yoga Triathlon is a collective experience that consists of Chi Running, yoga and meditation. Yoga Triathlon invites you to a day of shared laughter, inspiration and generosity to bring out the best of you in the spirit of community. We get together for a 45-minute guided Chi Run that is suitable for beginners to serious marathon runners followed by a rewarding yoga session and meditation.
