Cat now teaches running, not to fix people, but to help them reconnect with their own bodies. To help them discover a sense of amazement and gratitude at what their bodies can do. To help them find a sense of ease and calm in something that most people consider ‘hard exercise’. And to help them bring that ease and calm into the rest of their lives.
