The 2-day Chi Running Advanced Technique Workshop is designed for those who are ready to take their running to the next level.
It includes the Move Well, Breathe Well Masterclass on the Saturday with Gray Caws teaching The Oxygen Advantage efficient breathing technique, and postural alignment with Restorative Exercise Specialist Michelle Muldoon.
Register for this as a stand-alone workshop or as part of the Chi Running Instructor Training programme.

2-day practical workshop
In order to successfully complete the course, you must show full understanding of the principles, practice and ethos of the Chi Running technique. You must also be competent in all Chi Running drills and exercises and show that your own running and walking form is at a standard that clearly demonstrates the technique..
Those who successfully complete the course will be certified as Chi Ambassadors, get special discounts, have opportunities to assist certified instructors, and will be listed on the Chi Running UK website.
