Learn the key Chi Running principles of efficient movement.

 

In the Build the Foundations Chi Running workshop you’ll learn the main elements of Chi Running through a series of fun exercises, drills, visualisations and practise.

You’ll learn how to develop your running skill and create a life-long programme for fitness, health and general well-being.

Includes individual video observation of your current running form to give you a clear sense of the key areas where you can improve efficiency and reduce impact on the body.

The workshop will include practice and supporting theory covering the key principles and elements of the Chi Running technique.
