Gain a deeper understanding of the theory behind Chi Running and efficient movement at the Chi Weekend. The weekend will include classes and presentations by guest speakers on such topics as efficient breathing technique, improved performance, 3-dimensional movement, Qigong, postural alignment, meditation and play. Plus there’ll be time for practice and to experience some of the trails through ancient woodlands of north London.
Places strictly limited. Open to Chi Instructors and those looking to develop their existing knowledge and practice of Chi Running.
This 2-day workshop will highlight the key elements of the Chi Running technique through a series presentations and practical sessions from various specialists.
