On May 25, 2018 the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into effect. In order to comply with GDPR we have set out the Privacy Policy appearing below for Chi Running UK & Ireland.

Why we might contact you:

Chi Running UK & Ireland and Adventures In Movement are trading styles of N8Works Ltd which is a private practice that offers Personal Training, Pilates, Nutritional Therapy, Chi Running®, The Oxygen Advantage® – 1 to 1, group classes, workshops, courses, masterclasses, retreats and instructor training. From time to time we may mention related classes, workshops or retreats at which our coaches are teaching, and you may also hear about promotions with regard to personal training sessions.

Personal Data we collect about you, and your consent:

So that we can continue to provide you with a safe and beneficial practice regarding the above, it is important you provide your consent to us to hold your personal data. We will keep this data safe, secure and private at all times. We will not share your information with any third parties, nor with anyone else.

Length of time we hold your personal data:

As of 25 May 2018 we will contact our mailing list members  every seven years in order to allow you to refresh your consent.

How to withdraw your consent:

You may withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, please email hello@adventuresinmovement.com to request the deletion of all your data. We will do so immediately upon receipt of your request. Alternatively, you can click the Unsubscribe link appearing on any of the newsletter emails you receive from me.

N8Works Ltd uses MailChimp software to contact you via email and Acuity Scheduling to process online booking requests for person.

Terms and conditions

Cancellation policy: One-to-one sessions: 24 hour notice of cancellation is required for all appointments. Notice of less than 24 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee – you will be charged for the appointment at the applicable hourly rate. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying the trainer will result in the session being forfeited and you will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Workshops: Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a £20 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with Chi Running UK within one year with no penalty. If you cancel within 12 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Running within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment. Camps/retreats/adventures: A non-refunable deposit is required to secure a place. Cancel between 4 and 8 weeks before start date and pay 50% of fee or loss of deposit, whichever amount is greater. Less than 4 weeks (28 days) before start date full fee is payable.
