SUFFOLK 1/2-day Build the Foundations

Rediscover the joy of running (and walking) by focusing on energy-efficient movement based on the principles of t’ai chi. By the end of this workshop, you will be running and walking in a more aligned, relaxed and balanced way which will greatly improve your energy efficiency and reduce the risk of injury. Includes video observation and is suitable for any age and level of fitness. These workshops are limited to a small group (maximum 5) to ensure personal attention, so best to secure your place early.
