Since discovering ChiRunning, Leo has brought his marathon time down from 3h42m in 2014 to 2h55m in 2018. He now wants to share this journey of improvement with others. His teaching to date has worked with all abilities, from those who have never run before to those running elite-level marathon times. He is a strong believer of the importance of physical exercise to the enjoyment of life as a whole.
