“I found running in 2010 and have never looked back, loving the trails and the fells, finding new friends, and the wonders of being outdoors.
I first read about ChiRunning in 2016 and was intrigued. It took me until 2020 to get down to doing something more active about it. I find it complements my other loves of Yoga and Mindfulness teaching.
I can now bring these skills together which really supports me and hopefully will be of value to others.”
