Rachel has run competitively for 25 years, from 5k to marathons. A few years ago she decided to take on an ultra marathon, and a whole new passion was born! She also discovered Chi Running around the same time and this has helped with the flow and calm that you need to find in yourself to be able to run for 10+ hours. She believes that running is about mind and body, and when they work together amazing things can happen!
