Hannah Kirkman – Senior Level Chi Running Instructor

A keen runner and marathoner for more than 25 years, Hannah was plagued with chronic Achilles tendinosis that nearly stopped her running. Finding Chi Running in 2010 meant an end to constant injury. It’s also helped her fall in love with running all over again, and she loves seeing other runners experience the same positive change. In addition to teaching Chi Running, Hannah’s a personal trainer specialising in low back pain, and a UKA leader in running fitness.
